Electrolube HTS is a non-curing silicone-based thermal paste designed to enhance heat dissipation between electronic components and heat sinks. It ensures reliable thermal coupling by filling microscopic air gaps at interfaces, significantly improving heat transfer efficiency where direct metal-to-metal contact is insufficient (typically covering only 40–60% of the surface area).

Its non-curing formulation allows easy component rework, while low weight loss (0.8% after 96h at 100°C) ensures long-term reliability.
